United Arab Emirates, Dubai, ×× July, 2024: Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM has proven its power at the box office, earning over $30 million USD in Japan as of 22nd May. This exciting momentum continues as Bandai Namco Europe, in partnership with Spacetoon Pictures, the film distribution arm of Spacetoon, brings the movie to GCC cinemas on 11th of July.
After a 20-year hiatus, the Gundam SEED universe returns in a blaze of glory with Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM. The film has soared to the top of the Gundam box office charts, becoming the highest-grossing Gundam film ever. This phenomenal success proves that the epic battles between towering mobile suits and human drama among the characters continue to captivate anime fans across generations.
In C.E.75, the fighting still continues. There are independence movements, and aggression by Blue Cosmos... In order to calm the situation, a global peace monitoring agency called COMPASS is established, with Lacus as its first president. As members of COMPASS, Kira and his comrades intervene into various regional battles. Then a newly established nation called Foundation proposes a joint operation against a Blue Cosmos stronghold.
